here find slope of x=-9 ie m=Tana and then use double intercept formy-y1=m(x,-x1)

x = -9 is a vertical line with an undefined slope. A parallel line of a vertical line will also be a vertical line. And a vertical line is represented by x = a number...with that number being the x coordinate of ur point (-1.-1).

so the equation of ur parallel line is : x = -1
