y - (-10) = -1⁴/₂₁(x - 6)
   y + 10 = -1⁴/₂₁(x) + 1⁴/₂₁(6)
   y + 10 = -1⁴/₂₁x + 7¹/₇

           y = -1⁴/₂₁x - 3¹/₇
