True. Scarcity is the condition of not having enough goods and services to satisfy everyone’s needs. Scarcity is described as the delinquency or the inadequacy of resources either in natural or man-made resources. Natural resources may include, trees, food, water, land, oil and etc. Man-made resources could be electricity, manpower, devices, funds and etc. This can influence the stability of a certain place or location.
