Alright, so 9^(-1/2) would mean that we have 1/(9^(1/2)). Since 9^(1/2) is the square root of 9 (1/3 would be the cube root, etc.), we have 1/sqrt(9)=1/3. For 3/(1/3), we have (3/1)/(1/3), which is (3/1)*(3/1)=9. Squaring 9, we get the cube root of 81 which is around 4.3
