-3x-6y=-6
Find the slope and the y-intercept.

We will start by adding 3x to both sides. This changes the equation to 6y=3x-6.
We then divide the entire equation by 6 to get y by itself. That leaves us with y=3/6x-1 which simplifies down to y=1/2x-1
