y = 2/3x + 4

y = mx + b is the equation for a linear line. M is the slope. On this graph you find 2 distinct points. I used (3,6) and (6,8) then plug these points into the slope equation: (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1). It should look like this: (8 - 6) / (6 - 3)

The b is where the graph touches the y axis, It does this at y = 4
