I think the Supreme court is able to make unbiased decisions. For this to be possible the jurros and the judges must have access to all evidence and it would be best if they had was no prior knowledge about the case before working on the case. This is just my opinion on this.

the supreme court is able to make unbiased decisions how they decided is what they hear the person pled and decide based which side presents there argument more persuasively
