SCARCITY: well quite frankly no you can’t sit at home all day and expect to have a lot of money, you have to work to receive certain thing however if u mean scarcity of water,food and etc. yes it is a problem your country should be able to provide these the main reason for taxing is to be able to provide the people with these necessities
