y = 2x - 6 => slope is 2
For perpendicular lines, m2 = -1/m1
Slope of the required line is -1/2
Required equation is (y - 3)/(x - 0) = -1/2 => y - 3 = -1/2 x => y = -1/2 x + 3

So base on the question that as ask to calculate the equation of the line in slope-intercept form that passes through the point (0,3) and is perpendicular to the line y = 2x-6, and base on my calculation, I would say that the equation would be y = (-1/2)x+3. I hope this would help
