Spain's Empire was organized by Their rules, They enslaved Indians and forced labor on encomiendas. Which people should know now as, Spanish=owned plantations, They also made them mine for Silver and of course, Gold.  Indians suffered the harsh treatment and they were non-rarely beaten and worked to death.
