the difference between government and civics​

Civics: It deals with the relationship between citizen and the state, it creates awareness among the citizens about the rights and duties they enjoy within the state. On the whole, study of civics is essential to make someone aware of their role in the state. So, Civics is one of the branches of Social Studies.
