As of 10/5/25, i can no longer download my account information from fifth third bank You can login to 5/3 and export transactions and import them into quicken.clunky but it does work :( just opened new savings and checking accounts at fifth third bank for the sole purpose of using quicken for online bill pay.

October 2021 edited october 2021 message from fifth third bank They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed. I deactivated each of my four accounts and then set them up fresh again. Yes, quicken has had connection issues with fifth third bank since 9/27
Both quicken and 5/3 are aware of the problem Seems to be an ongoing problem with quicken and 5/3 and the connection issues do not get resolved in a timely manner
